I have seen many teachers use interactive math notebooks in their teaching and I love how seamlessly they can fit into a workshop model. For our last math unit, I decided to use the resources I had previously developed to create a digital interactive notebook for my students. I was pleased to see their engagement and depth of knowledge grow. I really felt that they were able to demonstrate their understanding and that I was able to meet all kids at their level. I am eager to continue this way of structuring my math instruction time with my students. Sometimes I feel like I am searching for ways to integrate the technology into my lessons but this was such a simple transition.
